1) Shipping and delivery
We are a small team that works with trusted facilities that we have a direct relationships with.
We foster our relationships with production and suppliers, to keep it in the family. We work on a made to order model and prefer to keep it that way.

2) Returns and refunds
Upon the receipt of the order, you will have 14 days to claim a return and send back the products. The return fees are on the customer.
After the receipt of the order by Azi Land team, the refund will be initiated and you will be informed by the customer service. The delay of the receipt of the funds depends on the bank you are working with.
Exchange is possible for a different size or a different color when it’s available. You may ask for an exchange during 14 days after the receipt of the order.
4) Changing an order
You can add or remove items from your basket at any time before your order has been placed (paid). Once your order has been placed, you will have to cancel the entire order should you wish to change, add or remove an item.
Should you wish to change your shipping address, please cancel the entire order before doing so.
5) Cancelling an order
Once your order has been placed and confirmed you will be unable to change or cancel you order. However once you have received your package, you will have 14 days to send back your items and claim a refund.
Our choice of materials is based on the following criteria: high quality, natural, durability and price. The materials are hand picked by the team. Before choosing the final materials we consider the ecological and social foot print. We prefer working with small family businesses and artisans.
